Refund policy

We want you to love your gear- in fit, feel, and performance. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and branding must remain attached.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale unless damaged or defective on arrival.

Returns

  • Contact our customer support team with your order number. 
  • We'll approve the return and provide instructions for shipping.
  • Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Please allow 5-7 days for processing.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color?
  • Reach out to us with your order number and exchange request.
  • We'll check inventory and reserve your replacement item.
  • Send your original item back- once received we'll ship the new one out.
  • We do not charge an exchange fee. Customer covers return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Damaged/ Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered- we've got you. Email us within 7 days of arrival and include photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund. 

Final notes

  • We cannot accept returns with visible wear, sweat marks, deodorant stains, or fragrance. 
  • Items sent back without approval may not be eligible for processing.
  • If the product was a gift, we can offer store credit instead of a refund upon return.
