We want you to love your gear- in fit, feel, and performance. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Eligibility
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and branding must remain attached.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Returns
- Contact our customer support team with your order number.
- We'll approve the return and provide instructions for shipping.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Please allow 5-7 days for processing.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color?
- Reach out to us with your order number and exchange request.
- We'll check inventory and reserve your replacement item.
- Send your original item back- once received we'll ship the new one out.
- We do not charge an exchange fee. Customer covers return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Damaged/ Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered- we've got you. Email us within 7 days of arrival and include photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Final notes
- We cannot accept returns with visible wear, sweat marks, deodorant stains, or fragrance.
- Items sent back without approval may not be eligible for processing.
- If the product was a gift, we can offer store credit instead of a refund upon return.
